Ingénieur de formation, j'ai d'abord évolué dans le monde des bureaux d'études industriels et automobile.

Après des expériences aux USA et au Brésil, j'ai continué ma carrière au sein de l'IFP et du groupe Renault (corporate).

Cela fait maintenant 10 ans que ma carrière s'est orientée progressivement vers la formation (d'abord technique, puis "soft skills"), la communication et le coaching.

J'ai pu développer ces compétences à travers diverses formations (dont Transformance Pro, CT52), et les appliquer sur le terrain (en tant que consultant formateur international en management, motivation, communication).

Aujourd'hui en charge de l'université interne d'un grand groupe de logistique, j'accompagne les collaborateurs en individuel (coaching) et en groupe, à travers les programmes internationaux "haut potentiel" dont j'ai la charge.

Engineer in my first hours, I first evolved in the world of industrial and automotive.

After experiences in USA and Brazil, I continued my career in the IFP (French Institute of Petroleum) and the Renault group (corporate).

For 10 years now, my career has been progressively oriented towards training (first technical, then "soft skills"), communication and coaching.

I have been able to develop these skills through various trainings (including Transformance Pro, CT52), and to apply them in the field (as an international consultant trainer in management, motivation, communication).

Today I am in charge of the internal university of a large logistics group. I accompany employees individually (coaching) and in groups, through the international "high potential" programs I am in charge of.
